I don't know about that... autoerotic asphyxiation can be quite interesting reading. I speak from experience. Not that I auto-asphyxiate... but I did have previous reason to research. I suppose it depends on whether you prefer a psychological puzzle or a physical one. I'll leave the blood spatters to Dexter.
